While the walls are open, a building can be given a nervous system. Once they are closed, what you have is what you keep. This is the stage where a good design is worth more than any amount of equipment.
The design decides the ceiling
Topology, circuit count, where the cabinet goes, which points are dimmable, how many climate zones, what is reserved for later. Every one of those choices sets a limit on what the house can ever do. Get them right and the building will absorb anything you want in fifteen years' time. Get them wrong and no software can rescue it.
We supervise, your electricians install
We work directly with the promoter and their electricians. They do what they are good at; we make sure what they do matches the design, on site, while it is still cheap to correct. We do not charge for the physical work — not a discount, simply not our trade.
And then the part nobody else does properly
Programming. A wired building does nothing on its own. Every scene, every condition, every automation, every reaction to presence, sunlight, weather, energy price or time of day has to be written — and written well, by people who write software for a living.
A badly designed installation does not fail on day one. It fails in year five, when you want something it can no longer do.
Four steps, and we are with you for all of them
You never have to translate between an architect, an electrician and a technology supplier. That is our job.
We design
We study the building, your habits and your plans, and we design the installation in full: what goes where, what it will be able to do, and what it must never stop you doing later.
We supervise
Your electricians install it. We work alongside them and the promoter, checking the work as it happens — which is why we charge nothing for the physical work.
We program
The stage the rest of the market treats as an afterthought. Every function, scene, condition and automation, written and tested properly.
