1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is , a company incorporated under the laws of the Principality of Andorra with its registered office in Andorra, trading as TodoDomo (the "Company", "we", "us").

For anything concerning your personal data, write to info@TodoDomo.com. We deal with such requests ourselves; there is no intermediary.

We process personal data in accordance with Andorran data-protection law (Qualified Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data) and, where it applies to the processing in question, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the personal data we collect through the website at tododomo.com — principally through the quotation wizard and the contact form — and the data we process when we provide our services to you. It does not cover any third-party website you may reach from a link on ours.

3. Our principle

We collect what we need in order to answer you and to do the work, and nothing else. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes. There is no advertising network and no analytics tracker on this website.

4. What we collect

4.1 Data you give us in the quotation wizard

• Who you are: whether you are a private individual, a property developer, a company, an architect or an installer, and the company or development name where you give one.
• Contact details: first name, last name, email address, mobile telephone number, country, the town or area of the building, and how you prefer to be contacted.
• The project: project type, construction stage, approximate target date, whether works are planned, building type, approximate floor area, number of dwellings, and the floors and rooms you describe together with the counts you give for each room (light points, dimmed points, blinds, climate zones, presence detection, wall panels).
• Your wishes: the systems you would like to control, how you want to use them, your stated priorities and the budget band you select.
• Anything else you type in the free-text message field.

4.2 Data you give us in the contact form

• Your name, email address, mobile telephone number, company (optional), country, subject, your message and your preferred means of reply.

4.3 Data you give us in the call-back form

The starter-installation page (/start) asks for less, because it promises only a telephone call:

• Required: your name and a telephone number we can call.
• Optional: your email address, your country, which system you would like to start with (heating, garage, entrance door, lighting, alarm and cameras, or undecided), when you would prefer to be called, whether you own or rent the home, and anything else you type in the free-text field.
• If you do not give an email address we cannot send you a written acknowledgement, and we will only telephone you.

4.4 Data collected automatically when you submit a form

• IP address of the submission (taken from the connection or the X-Forwarded-For header), browser user-agent string, referring page and the date and time.
• Campaign parameters: where you reach the call-back form through an advertisement, the query string of the address you arrived on (for example utm_source, utm_campaign and similar identifiers added by the advertising network) is stored with your request, so that we can tell which advertisement it came from. It is stored as it arrives, truncated, and it is not used to track you across other websites.

This is collected only on submission, to protect the forms against abuse and to be able to demonstrate when and from where a request was made. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not combined with data from other sources.

4.5 Data we process while providing services

• Correspondence with you, survey notes, plans and technical documentation relating to the Site, contractual and billing records, and the identity and contact details of the professionals involved in the project.

4.6 What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, political opinions, biometric or genetic data, sexual orientation, trade union membership). Please do not send them to us. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

5. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether those interests are overridden by your rights and concluded that they are not, given the limited scope of the data and the absence of any profiling. You may object at any time — see section 10.

6. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making producing legal effects concerning you, and we do not profile you. Every quotation is reviewed and prepared by a person.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:

• Our hosting and infrastructure provider — Microsoft Azure (cloud hosting, database and storage), acting as our processor;
• Our email delivery provider, for sending the confirmation to you and the notification to us;
• Our own personnel and any subcontracted engineer working on your project, bound by confidentiality;
• Our professional advisers (accountants, lawyers, insurers) where necessary;
• Public authorities and courts, where we are required to do so by law or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Every processor acts on our documented instructions under a written contract that requires appropriate security measures and confidentiality.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Where a transfer outside Andorra or the European Economic Area is necessary, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses together with any supplementary measures required. Andorra benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision, so transfers between Andorra and the EEA require no additional safeguard. You can ask us for details of the safeguards applied to any specific transfer.

9. How long we keep it

At the end of the applicable period we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it. Where deletion is not immediately possible — for example in a backup — we isolate the data and delete it when the backup cycle allows.

10. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of it;
• Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• Erasure — have your data deleted where one of the grounds in the law applies;
• Restriction — have processing limited in the cases the law provides;
• Object — object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, and absolutely to direct marketing;
• Portability — receive the data you gave us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible;
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these, write to info@TodoDomo.com. We answer within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you within the first month. Exercising these rights is free; we may charge a reasonable fee, or refuse, only where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, and we will explain why. We may ask you for information to confirm your identity before we act.

11. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, please tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades), or with the supervisory authority of the EU Member State of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

12. Cookies

This website stores two cookies, and neither of them tracks you. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie and no third-party tracker on this site.

Both are strictly functional, set only when you actively choose a language or a theme, and hold nothing but that choice. You can delete them at any time through your browser; the site continues to work, simply falling back to its defaults.

The pages that contain a form open a real-time connection to our server so the form can work. That connection carries only the data needed to operate the page.

13. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access control on a need-to-know basis, confidentiality obligations for everyone with access, hardened hosting and segregation of production data. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure; if a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent authority and, where the law requires it, you.

14. Links to other sites

Where this website links to a third-party site, that site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for the content or the data practices of any site we do not control.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, identified by the version reference at the top. Where a change materially affects how we process data for which you are identifiable, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
